Installation Steps
1. Isolate and Discharge
Switch off the control and disconnect the machine from mains. The CRT holds high voltage after shutdown β allow one minute before opening the housing.
2. Record Label and Connector
Photograph the D15CM label, the connector and the cable routing. Send the photos if you want the fit confirmed before you start.
3. Remove the CRT
Undo the mounting screws and draw the 14-inch CRT out of the bezel. Disconnect the signal cable and the AC supply. No soldering at any stage.
4. Mount the Module
Fit the 12.1-inch LCD into the original frame so it sits behind the existing bezel opening. Reuse the original fasteners.
5. Reconnect and Power Up
Reconnect the signal cable and AC 110V-220V supply, then start the control. The picture appears with no parameter changes; set brightness on the module.
Expect 10 to 15 minutes of work. Because the module reuses the original AC supply and the original RGB analog signal, the machine is back in production in the same maintenance window.
