Haas-Specific Notes
Haas CRT monitors use a 9-pin connector (not the 20-pin Honda found on Japanese CNC brands). Our Haas replacement modules include the correct 9-pin cable for plug-and-play installation.
The CRT assembly in Haas machines is typically mounted in a swing-arm enclosure. Remove 4 screws, swap the display module, and reassemble. Total time: 10-15 minutes.
Installation
- Power off the Haas machine (main breaker)
- Remove the CRT enclosure cover (4 screws)
- Disconnect the 9-pin cable and power connector
- Mount the LCD module using original bracket
- Connect cables and power on
