Installation Guide
- Safety Preparation: Power down the CNC system and disconnect the main power supply. Wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge.
- Remove Existing CRT: Disconnect the HONDA 20-pin signal cable and power connector. Remove mounting screws and gently slide the CRT unit out.
- Install LCD Panel: Position the 12.1-inch LCD panel using the same mounting points —it's a direct drop-in replacement requiring no modifications.
- Connect Cables: Connect the HONDA 20-pin signal cable and DC 24V power. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Test and Verify: Restore power and verify display clarity, color accuracy, alarm messages, and menu navigation.
