The Solution

We provided a custom 12.1-inch TFT LCD replacement module with the following specifications: 800×600 resolution (SVGA), 400 cd/m² brightness, DC 24V input, and a custom signal adapter that reads the Delem's RGB video output directly. A bespoke mounting adapter plate was fabricated to bridge the original CRT bezel opening to the smaller LCD panel, ensuring a professional flush fit. Installation & Results
