Installation Information
Heidenhain LCD modules use the same 15-pin D-Sub connector and signal protocol as the original CRT. Installation takes approximately 30 minutes:
- Power off the CNC machine and disconnect power
- Remove old CRT: Unscrew mounting bracket, disconnect 15-pin D-Sub cable
- Mount LCD module: Fit into existing bracket using the same screw holes
- Connect cable: Plug 15-pin D-Sub cable into LCD module
- Power on and verify display
No parameter changes, no wiring modifications, no special tools required.

Signal Compatibility
Heidenhain TNC controls output CGA-compatible video signals (15.75 kHz horizontal, 60 Hz vertical). Our LCD modules accept this signal natively through the 15-pin D-Sub (RGBHV) input. If your machine uses a different video standard (EGA, VGA, or proprietary), our signal converter range can adapt it.

A: Both are 9-inch mono CRT displays. BE211 is for TNC 310/320 series, BE411 for TNC 410/415 series. Connector pinout differs slightly β select based on your control model.
