Installation
1. Power Down
Turn off OSP system. Disconnect from mains. Wait 2 minutes.
2. Remove CRT
Unscrew housing. Disconnect signal cable and DC 24V power.
3. Install LCD
Mount into original position. Holes align. Use original screws.
4. Test
Power on. LCD displays automatically. Adjust with OSD.

Okuma OSP Display Compatibility
Okuma OSP (Okuma Specialized Processor) controls from the 1990s through 2000s used CRT displays that are now reaching end-of-life. Common Okuma CRT models include:
- OSP5000 / OSP5000L-G — 14-inch color CRT, 9-pin DB-9 interface
- OSP5020 — 14-inch color CRT, similar to OSP5000
- OSP7000 — larger format, sometimes 15-inch CRT
- MDT-1005 — monochrome display used on older OSP models

Installation Notes Specific to Okuma
Okuma OSP controls often have the CRT integrated into the operator panel rather than a separate monitor housing. This means the LCD replacement mounts inside the existing panel cutout. A mounting adapter plate may be needed if the replacement LCD is smaller than the original CRT (e.g., 12.1" LCD replacing a 14" CRT).
